I’m Sai Daya Shankar Giridhar, a software engineer who found his way into AI through building things. I started with web applications and now spend my days working on agents that can reason, use tools, and work together.
At HIKIGAI, I build and evaluate AI for healthcare. That work has taught me to care just as much about whether something is dependable as whether it’s clever.
I have a master’s in Data Analytics Engineering from George Mason University and a background in computer science. This is where I share what I’ve been working on.

Building and evaluating production multi-agent systems, from real-time clinical assistants to the platform that deploys them.
What I worked on
- Reduced hallucination rates by 70% through automated scoring, regression test sets, prompt versioning, and human-in-the-loop evaluation.
- Designed conversational clinical AI over live doctor–patient dialogue and FHIR/EHR data, cutting clinician documentation time by 40%.
- Led the architecture of an agent platform with an Agent Registry, MCP Gateway, and Workflow Orchestration Engine, with Python and Node.js developer workflows.
- Integrated continuous evaluation, HIPAA-aligned guardrails, PHI checks, and distributed tracing into deployment pipelines while leading and mentoring an AI/ML team.
